Flying Dress Pacific Terms & Conditions

Booking and Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking date and time. The remaining balance must be paid 72hrs before the day of the shoot. Payments can be made via direct deposit or credit card. Flying Dress Pacific also offers an installment option with package price debited over 4 payments.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 3 days prior to the scheduled shoot to avoid additional charges. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
• In the event of inclement weather, let's face it - it happens! We offer one re-schedule. In the event of illness, we offer one re-schedule.

Copyright and Usage Rights

• Flying Dress Pacific retains all copyrights to the images. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the images for personal use. Commercial use of the images is not permitted without prior written consent from the company.

Image Delivery

• Edited images will be delivered within the stated time frame based on package option via email link. The client will receive images in high-resolution digital format suitable for print/social media dependant on package option

Liability

Flying Dress Pacific is not liable for any injuries or damages sustained during the shoot. The client assumes full responsibility for themselves and any parties involved in the shoot.

Model Release

By participating in the shoot, the client grants Flying Dress Pacific the right to use and publish images for promotional and portfolio purposes unless agreed otherwise.

Privacy

Flying Dress Pacific respects the client's privacy and will not sell or distribute personal information to third parties.

Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or other emergencies, the photographer/Flying Dress Pacific or client reserves the right to reschedule the session.

Dress Usage and Care

Clients are welcome to use dresses provided for the shoot. It is the client's responsibility to handle the dresses with care. Any damage to the dresses beyond normal wear and tear will incur a fee of $250 USD. The client agrees to cover this fee in the event of any such damage.

If a replacement dress is required the client agrees to the replacement cost of $550 USD

Dress Rental

Dress rental is available for a period of 72 hours or 7 days at a cost of $299 for 3 days and $650 for 1 week. Rental can be provided interstate and the cost of courier is included in the rental price.

A return package will be included as is any cleaning. The above term for damage is applicable for rental. If you wish to add additional dresses in your Flying Dress Pacific photoshoot please see "add-ons" each additional dress is $150 per shoot. Do you need longer? Contact us for pricing.

Additional Locations

If you wish to add locations within 30mile radius please see "add-ons" each location will add time to your shoot so ensure you have enough time planned. Each additional location is $249. For photoshoot outside Raleigh, please contact us for travel pricing.
